A compressed schedule, a national stage, and no room for a second attempt. TRP aligned the artwork, production, install, and approval chain to keep the program moving.
The challenge
Late approvals placed production and installation on the same critical path. Every handoff needed an owner, every exception needed a decision, and the finished cars still had to read perfectly at speed and on camera.
TRP’s role
One operating plan connected the team, designer, printer, and installers. Issues were resolved at the point of work, the launch window held, and the final presentation met the standard the program demanded.
